Data collection for audit from OSS/EMS/TT tools • Conduct TT quality audit as per defined mechanism (FO/BO/SDM)• Validation of other data parameters (5 domains) shared by project team• Share the observed gaps with project team• Meeting with project team to discuss the gaps identified and take concurrence• Create audit report with Recommendations • Publish mail for QA awareness basis gaps observed during audit• Creation of action items in SDM for track and close• KCP audit as per HQ requirement• Run Small Improvement Program• Observe SLA/KPI Trend Monthly wise and identify the Quality related Gaps • Initiate a project basis the gaps observed in SLA/KPI fulfillment• Create a project charter for the improvement project• Problem analysis as per MAI methodology• Recommendation basis the analysis conducted• Track the implementation of the action suggested by project Team till closure • Lesson learnt and replication of best practices in other projects

System server -Assist with coordination, development and updating of monitoring and Evaluation Tools -Research on making the project more efficient -Data Entry Analyst using DHIS I and II -Assist with establishment of project database -Participating in development of project and implementation strategies -Assist in periodic field monitoring visit when necessary for collection of raw data
