Responsibilities/ Achievements:• Head of engineering tendering department• Projects tendering, contracts and negotiations • Preparation of project strategy and program of works.• Procurement of stone / fixing material required for projects as well as regular supply sales.• Monitoring projects progress and cost control.• Monitoring quality control and safety plan of projects.• Formulating project financial flowcharts to liaison with banks and communicate schedules and requirements.• Involvement in human resources department in the recruitment and mentoring of new staff• Training of engineering staff and labour, providing discipline and performance feedback• Effective involvement in making development and extension plans.• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and suppliers• Directing various business departments to ensure the smooth running of the company
