My role was to establish and create the After Sales department to handover implemented units• Developing and managing After-Sales service department processes and procedures • Hiring, managing and monitoring team performance to deliver and handover more than 12000 units in 3 projects all over Egypt. • Monitoring the after-sales team performance and delivering required trainings and tools• Coordinating with Engineering, Finance & legal Departments.• Developing and proposing creative ideas (renting units services for owners to promote community levels and sales figures).• Reporting periodically to management departmental results and challenges.
