Job Summary: Responsible for achieving the company sales targets and Objectives through managing a team of Sales Executives Job Duties-Planning & Managing customer database and coverage in an effective way to achieve maximum productivity-Presenting the products using face to face selling techniques -Controlling area activities by building personal business relationships with key decision makers-Continuously generating prospect customers who might have a real Estate need-Achieve the given business targets-Developing the necessary tracking business reports -Assisting the sales executvies to chieve the team goals-Leading & coaching the sales team by field visits - Continuously training and ensuring the sales team is up to date in terms of real estate knowledge and selling techniques
