Accounting / Finance:▪ Preparing the yearly, Quarterly, and monthly financial statements.▪ Participate in setting the financial strategy and long and short-term goals and follow up with the managers of the affiliated departments to ensure their achievement▪ Preparing the financial ratios to analyze the company’s financial performance. ▪ Making additional analysis for Sales and cost of goods sold to determine actual gross profit and indicate whether it is meeting the budget▪ Preparing the actual income statement and compare with a budget to ensure that we are aligned with the management directions and reporting all variances to the top management supported with explanations.▪ Preparing the monthly financial position and rolling budgeted cash flow.▪ Getting and handling all bank facilities to improve the company’s profitability and support cash flow.▪ Preparing the monthly payroll to ensure related taxes and insurance laws are applied probably.▪ Preparing a Physical count for Cash to ensure all cash transactions are recorded probably.▪ Preparing the annual dividends payable based on management decisions.▪ Familiar with using MS Dynamics AX as an accounting system.▪ Reviewing and approving all documents that should be presented to the external auditor.▪ Handling All taxation inspections with the tax authority and attending the tax appeal committees.

The Deputy of CFO & Accounting Manager is responsible for analyzing financial information to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial reporting for all company sisters. This includes collecting, verifying, and reporting information driven by actual business results and compliance with accounting policies. In addition, this is a critical role in supporting tax audits and supporting documentation.Constant communication with multiple stakeholders including finance leads, Internal & External Auditors, and others.With multiple years of ERP Systems experience and IFRS in Progress qualification (or equivalent EAS).

Responsibilities & Duties:▪Take responsibility for controlling the following: All accounting departments GL, AR, AP, CM, FA, capital asset adjustments, etc... And submitted tax returns, E-invoice, inventory, weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements, income statements, balance sheet, cash flow, change of equity, cash budget, annual budget.▪ Ensure compliance with Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS).▪ Supervise the timely registration and settlement of accounts payable to ensure compliance with the Company's policies and procedures and payment terms.▪ Ensure timely payments to vendors and expenses.▪ Follow-up of the accounting team (Development, Promotion, and Preparation of KPIs).▪ Monitor and analyze the accounting data to locate its weakness and strength.▪ Preparing periodic reports containing income statements, analyzing debts and cash flows, and preparing and managing the budget.▪ Supervise the disbursement of salaries and all payments and expenses.
