PRIMARY FUNCTION:- To manage a piece of a large account or a few smaller ones, with little top cover from her/his Managing Director or Regional PR Director- To handle and manage a wide range of assignments, projects, clients and staff successfully and with a high degree of independence- To build strong client relationships and be considered a potential company leader- To meet performance requirements and growth projections- To act in accordance with company policies and procedures at all times and be familiar with and support achievement of, the company’s vision and exemplify the company’s values

1. Help develop planning and proposing on Internal and external communications strategy in conjuction with Corporate Affairs Manager, and plan effective communication channels to delicer on them. 2. Execute strtegy and all relevant activities and campaigns withinn the agreed timelineess.3. Turn negative publicity intto positive exposure opportunity.4. Use the momentum of Promo and Market Mix to establish greater organizational presence on targeted publications.5. Developing new business opportunities/Penetrating new markets.6. Supervise and lead the team work.7. Proactively seek opportunities to advise on communications issues.8. Monitoring the results of the feedback to ensure continuous improvement in communications.9. Client servicing-driven and trust relationship building.10. To develop and maintain positive working relationships with the senior management team providing professional and effective communications and marketing advice, guidance, direction and support on all communications and marketing issues.
