• Manage and control all the company vehicles “retail, Distribution and DSD” (Trucks, Passenger Cars, Pool Car Vispa, Lease and Forklifts) all over Egypt (296 Vehicles).• Manage, communicate, monitoring and deal with the different maintenance outsource workshop providing high quality of services.Adel Halawa Page 2/4• Monitor and Control the Fuel consumptions, Drivers, KM Usage, Cost Saving and creating S.L.A with the different departments.• Monitor and Control the vehicles licenses and insurance• Plan, Control and Preparing the Yearly Fleet Budget.• Handling the project of Total Master Card.• Building new Fleet Data Base System (FDBS).• Managing the Safety driving committee and a safety driving process owner.• Follow and control the vehicles capacity.• Maintain the cost of Maintenance in order by making saving in the fleet items.• Creating and preparing the Fleet monthly and yearly reports and KPI'.

Control all the issues for all maintenance team (Car request, Fuel, expenses, and Job Work Orders…etc)• Provide the reports of Fuel, Staff allowance, Usage KM, Saving cost, Job work orders analysis, Travel expenses, Weekly Report and monthly report.• Analysis data and analysis reports.• Create and control the filling system.• Fuel cost management• Prepare a control system for the team to monitor and help them to achieve their goals in a high quality with a fast response.• Handel the fuel issue coupon to the drivers and the staff.• Follow up the car maintenance.

Providing Company Pool car and Truck with a high quality of services trough company policy and department processes.• Manage 25 drivers of Company Pool Cars, buses and Trucks• Administering& monitoring the company’s fuel program.• Fuel cost management.• Responsible for pool Vehicle Management and drivers• Shows all drivers that will be working on call for emergency cases.• One of the most goals decreasing the expenses of fuel and trucks with providing high quality of services without any comments.• Provide the reports of Fuel, Driver allowance, Usage KM, Saving cost, S.L.A, Pool Car and monthly report.• Responsible to handle all drivers issues e.g. all their expense claims, medical claims, annual and sick leaves , mobile phones renewal medical insurance, and live insurance .Adel Halawa Page 3/4• Insure to update the drivers data in a monthly basis to reported HR company management when required. Including monthly expenses for each car (KM usage & drivers overtime).• Management average 25 pool cars and buses.• Obtain new method/s for pool/expects drivers evaluation.• Handling the trucks for sales people.• Monitor truck costs and daily rental charges
