my responsibilities such as but not limited to:1. daily monitor supervision of operation performance (guide lines, instructions, solving problems, making sure the team attitude is very positive..... etc ).2. following the customer and client requirements to maintain good business relation.3. focusing on expand in marketing, and bids and tenders.4. monthly track and evaluate cost and expenses.5. weekly and monthly tracks and monitors all logistic requirements ( fleet transportations, accommodations requirements, uniform.....etc ) through daily kick off meetings with management as well as weekly meeting with all operation departments.6. monthly evaluate our system according to IMS policy.7. daily monitor and track with account department invoicing and collection issues.
