With 18 years teaching experience, 9 years in the UAE, I fully grown and developed to be, not only a passionate, knowledgeable, caring and internationally minded teacher but also a team leader. Earlier my main aim was to get experience in working with various curricula in a variety of educational companies and schools to gain the maximum knowledge and experience. I believe that learning can only be achieved through conceptual understanding and the effective application of skills. I take pride in my work and enjoy contributing to, and celebrate the success of my school. I am a loyal, friendly, honest and passionate educator who constantly seeks to improve and implement "good/best" practice. I am constantly seeking for challenges that provide me with the opportunity for learning and professional growth along with organizational development.
