Led design of the Middle East Hospital in Riyadh, a new privately owned healthcare project funded by a group of private investors and Philips to provide quality, modern health care and innovative medical research totaling an approximate area of 135,000 m2 of auxiliary medical services including academic and training facilities, administration facilities, technical and support services, Nurses Accommodation, parking lots and spaces, required infrastructure, and landscaping and utilities. Led design of the new King Faisal Specialty Hospital in North Jeddah, the new complex is an assembly totaling 480,000 square meters of the highest level of specialized healthcare consisting of Core Medical Center, Ambulatory Care Centre and Oncology Hospital with a total of 650 Inpatient Beds, Academic and Research Centre with Animal Research, Conference Centre for 400-seat Auditorium and Data Centre.

Led projects of the Royal Commission for Jubail in Ras Al-Khair Industrial City to become a leading minerals and metal related industrial city in the region. The design scope involved all infrastructure systems needed to support the development, including pump stations, reservoirs, treatment facilities, district cooling plants, and electrical substations.

Assisted Housing Program Director to lead a program management for Libya’s Housing and Infrastructure Board (HIB). The scope of this effort included managing the housing and community development of a program for over 120,000 dwellings distributed throughout 27 communities within all four regions of Libya consisting of infrastructure systems and sequencing service centres providing public administration, employment, educational facilities, various retail and recreational opportunities serving the population of these communities.
