CurrentI am responsible to improving the efficiency and increasing the profits while managing of the overall operations. In total amount of projects under my direct supervision, equal to 150 M$, My duties and responsibilities are Including but not limit to: Oversee day-to-day operations. Provide effective solutions to all related work issues. Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity. Request the performance indications, time to time, for different activities, and take the related effective actions to improve it. Setup policies, processes, organization charts, and departments relations, for the effective workflow. Review and improve organization charts, work relation, according to the indications feedback. Review, approve and maintain budgets, with big attention to optimize the expenses. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance. Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally. Oversee the recruitment, training, upgrading of all employees, especially key people. Prepare regular reports for upper management, clients. Hold and attend the meetings with the upper management, clients. Improve the progress, achieve the target, act with quick response, show the responsibility, in front of all, upper management and clients, to reach the satisfaction level, with particularly satisfactory results. Share the ideas, insist to take actions, assist to take decision. Review and approve of all RFPs, beds, tenders, contracts, and agreements. Attend and represent the company in the events, exhibitions, and give the talks if needed. Manage all the coordination in and between the design team and the construction team, with great efficient result of production.
