- To provide a counter service, local currency and basic international, to Prestige Bank customers and other members of the public - To provide administrative support within the outlet- Receive customer complaints, record it and take all reasonable steps to resolve the complaint in the eyes of our customers.- Operate a local currency till.- Answer queries referred by customers, verbally or by telephone.- Manage replenishment of ATM.- Build client relationship with counter customers to spot cross selling opportunities.- Controls and checks relating to the counter and cash control.- Joint custody of the note reserve safe.- Control of cash holdings and completion of related documentation.- Balance of total of pooled till to Cash Account balance, investigate and resolve differences.- Supervise( With Cash Manager) receipt and remittance of cash via security carriers.- To Drive and deliver exceptional retail business performance through the excellent execution of operations support duties, customer serving and transaction processing in branch.- Ensure that branch duties are carried out on a timely basis ensuring the provision of world class customers service.- Liaise with centralised operations department on all operations related issues.- Achieve operational rigour excellence in all aspects of procedures and processes undertaken to ensure satisfactory audit.- Ensure compliance with operational risk and rigour requirements .- Ensure the timely distribution of incoming mail to support branch teams in dealing with customer requests.
