After obtaining my scientific Baccalauréat from the International French School of Riyadh in 2017, I joined the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL, known as the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne) to pursue a Communication Systems Bachelor, that finished with a Bachelor's Project conducted at the Security and Privacy Engineering Laboratory (SPRING).After obtaining my Bachelor's degree in 2020, I joined the Cyber Security Master program, which is a joint program between EPFL and the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich (ETHZ, known as the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich). It offered me the chance to study at the ETHZ for a semester, allowing me to experience the life and style of both universities, and to discover the German-speaking part of Switzerland.The Master program ended with a Master's Project in the industry on RFID side-channel attacks conducted at Kudelski IoT in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, and supervised by Prof. Serge Vaudenay at the Security and Cryptography Laboratory (LASEC) at EPFL.After a very successfully Master's thesis defense, I joined Kudelski IoT as a full-time Security Engineer, mainly focusing on Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA), and code reviews.
