CurrentResponsibilities and duties:• Establish and maintain QHSE manual & QHSE Integrated Management System.• Establish, maintain and implement QHSE programs and targets & follow up NCR cases.• Monitor and advise for all QHSE matters, aspects and concerns to ensure Company compliance with legal and regularise requirements.• Introduce required assistance to line management to ensure the implementation of new or existing QHSE-related laws & legislations.• Advises line management… Show more Responsibilities and duties:• Establish and maintain QHSE manual & QHSE Integrated Management System.• Establish, maintain and implement QHSE programs and targets & follow up NCR cases.• Monitor and advise for all QHSE matters, aspects and concerns to ensure Company compliance with legal and regularise requirements.• Introduce required assistance to line management to ensure the implementation of new or existing QHSE-related laws & legislations.• Advises line management of quality, health, safety, and environmental matters and manages this process to ensure clear advice is incorporated into day to day operations and work activities.• Responsible for monitoring Company’s QHSE processes and procedures to ensure that the Company comply with the requirements of (ISO9001-2015, ISO 45001; 2018 & ISO14001-2018).• Maintain awareness of QHSE regulations and best industry practices and how they could be applied to the Company’s operations.• Develop QHSE Communication Strategy and ways at all company levels that include documented information, safety meetings, tool box talks and management brief.• Develop health and safety awareness to all Company employees via all possible ways of communication such as safety inductions, meetings, training, observation& intervention, safety bulletin boards, work site inspections.• Preparing emergency response plan that cover all expected scenarios with assistance of the line management, ensure emergency drills are conduct to maximize employee’s understanding and how they should behave in case of emergency situations , measure their response and record the findings and communicate it to employees and management to ensure continuous improvement,• Investigate work related incidents , developing reporting system and procedures,• Developing prevention & mitigation measures and corrective actions, communicate incidents Show less
