Senior Interior Designer & Project Manager Project management from preliminary design until store opening. With multiples tasks such as: shop drawings, coordination, interface with GC, brands and millworker, locals and oversee, review project timing and costs,site supervision.Project Management:- Lead and maintain project schedule- Evaluate and break down project as necessary to fully facilitate capacity- Coordinate team of specialists throughout timeline to keep project moving towards the targeted deadline- Monitor working progress to ensure issues are identified and resolved at first instance- Effective communication and decision-making to minimise production delay and budget impact due to any changes of design or specification during production period- Quality control to ensure final completion to client’s satisfaction Production: - Maintain master production schedule on all bespoke and retail demand for furniture, upholstery and accessories- Forward-plan, facilitate and monitor production to ensure operation runs smoothly- Delegate production and PM coordination responsibilities to develop junior team members- Supplier negotiation- Take full responsibility on invoice disputes, quality, capacity and other production issues with the suppliers For the past 8 years I was a good team player who is open to working in a fast placed environment with demanding deadlines, I can quickly create individual conceptual designs, work out costs and prepare estimates.
