As a Senior software test engineer and Test Team Leader, My role and responsibilities include. -Building the NewNet Test Team (hiring, training, etc) leading and creating an inspiring team environment -Technical team lead for an external offshore test team (Aricent: India) -Facilitating both test teams (Aricent and NewNet) work and setting clear team goals-Guiding on a daily basis, proactively supervising the team activities and motivating the team members to achieve the required goal.-Reviewing the specifications, feature implementation and Test team deliverables-Planning and managing the release activities for both feature and maintenance releases-Coordinating the System testing, end-to-end integration, regression testing and helping the team in making the right decision.-Work with the team members on defining the test strategy and supporting the team in executing test cases when needed.
