Hr Generalist
As a fastest growing FinTech, Investown didn't have an HR department. With my education I took initiative to build the HR department from scratch. I was given maximum space and support from the CEO of Investown to do so, so I created HR processes for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee satisfaction measurement, we implemented the first benefits for employees (Multisport, unlimited vacation) etc. The biggest challenge was to convince the individual team leaders of the department, to teach them the HR processes and to see that the processes are followed. Within a few months, HR has become an important part of Investown's operations.

Investown owned around 150 properties and I joined the company with the aim of managing these properties. This included ensuring the safety and habitability of real estate, communicating with tenants and fulfilling all the responsibilities of a property owner.

After a few months in the position of Internal sales specialist, I took over the management of the sales support team as the new team leader of the department. I mentored and trained new team members, created and implemented new processes and created a new knowledge base. It was my first experience leading a team and it was great. The company enables young people to gain great work experience. But I felt that I needed to move on, to a new challenge and new responsibilities.

The company deals with the management of short-term stays and business stays. At that time, Blahobyty managed around 120 properties. I joined the company in the position of internal sales and that was probably the first time I had the opportunity to really get to know myself in a working environment. I was put in charge of the entire portfolio of existing clients and communicated with them all their requirements. I prepared contracts for closing deals and prepared new listings in the internal system. The management was so satisfied with my work that they promoted me to the position of Internal Sales team leader after 6 months.
Association Secretary
I was in charge of the smooth running of the association, organization and communication with members. I communicated with the media regarding news on the short-term rental market and was also in charge of updating the capus.cz website and facebook page.
Sales Consultant
I worked as an advisor and consultant to clients who came to make their special day even more special. It was my part-time job during my university studies, where I fulfilled the KPI on the first days and got to the top of the list of employees who sold or rented the most dresses. The whole work was based on proffesionalism, listening to the clients, persistence and a lot of patience. For the first time, I encountered the entire process of negotiating with a client, creating and signing contracts here.
