Working on a consultant basis with US non-profit focused on environmental issues. Helped create strategy and implement law suit in California on behalf of national non-profit seeking to impose public trust duties upon state governments to adopt more stringent standards for carbon dioxide emissions. Worked with Iowa counsel to create constitutional argument to be submitted to the Iowa Supreme Court regarding the State’s duty to protect the air and atmosphere from carbon dioxide contamination.
