This role Utilises my extensive administration experience to successfully manage the operational tasks of running a busy professional office while providing executive assistant support to the National Director and state Directors. I lead and manage the administrative support staff to provide quality administration support to all staff and across company departments. I manage the HR duties for the office which included recruitment, new employee inductions and professional performance reviews. I am responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and debt recovery. I also Maintain Information Technology systems, procedures the database and assist with the preparation of tenders.

Chatswood

Reporting directly to the General Manger for Geotechnics N/ACT my role as Administration Team Leader was to lead and drive a high performing Administration team, improve and streamline the service delivery model for internal and external clients. Provide administration assistance to senior management including attending and minute management meetings. Manage the database along with conduct internal audits and manage external ISO9001 audits. In 2013 I also took on responsibility of EA duties to the General Manager and the Group Executive for Geotechnics.

Reporting directly to the two company directors my role with Tough Corp was to organise and coordinate office operations and to provide administration assistance to the directors. I recruited and managed the Administrative support staff and led them to provide quality administration support to all staff and across company departments. I managed the HR duties for the office which included recruitment and new employee inductions. I was responsible for Staff timesheets, expenses, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and debt recovery. I managed the financial accounts and completed bank reconciliations, payroll and BAS.
