As a small business owner, I have had a large amount of experience in all aspects of customer support, marketing, purchasing, stockists and actually creating products that consumers are inspired by, attracted to and interested in. My key achievements have been: •Facilitating multiple shopping centre workshops, teaching a variety of crafts to a broad spectrum of interested members of the public. •Being a regular stallholder at local markets and major events such as the 2019 Laneway Festival.•Creating a strong and cohesive brand identity and utilising digital media to build a loyal audience of over 6000 followers, translating to a successful sales cycle.•Creating a wide variety of visual content, website design, product packaging, retail displays and creative copywriting to promote my business.

Collaborating across multiple teams within the company and reporting directly to the director and general manager, I have a wide range of responsibilities and have designed and implemented several significant projects. I have:•Developed and designed workshops to promote sustainability and enhance brand awareness across wider audiences. I also trained staff to run these workshops independently, which are now run by Elephone multiple times per week across our many stores.•Integrated over 4 thousand products from our retail point of sale (POS) system to an online store in Shopify, during the first lockdowns in Melbourne. I then provided and coordinated the training and support for all 8 stores to ensure they were able to implement click and collect services.•Upgraded and migrated 4000 products from Hike POS to Vend POS, to improve efficiency and to implement a loyalty system and create a customer database. I then also created and implemented a comprehensive standard operating procedures handbook, to train Elephone staff how to use these new systems. •Created and implemented digital marketing channels for Elephone through Google Business, Facebook Business Suite and Instagram. I am also responsible digital marketing, creating graphics and content using Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator. I was able to quickly triple the number of Elephone’s followers on Instagram. •Coordinated with internal and external stakeholders to create a phone cases designed by prominent local artists.

As a quality assurance supervisor reporting to the director, it was my responsibility to advise the team of any issues and risks associated with products manufactured. In this role, my key responsibilities included:•Maintaining the HACCP and GMP certification in a high-risk food manufacturing plant.•Effectively managing and training staff in performing daily temperature, weight, pH, incoming goods, and vehicle checks. Signing off on daily records.•Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a swift manner, ensuring customer satisfaction, preventing future issues by tracing them to the root cause, and applying corrective actions.•Conducting internal audits and analysis and taking samples, to ensure finished products were compliant and to company specifications.•Assessing all ingredients country of origin for hundreds of product labels, ensuring compliance with the country of origin labelling regulations.•Liaising closely with graphics designers to create a product brochure and website for the company.
