Key achievements:- Carried out a full gap analysis and managed all remedial actions- Restated historical results for better insights and a more relevant set of classifications / metrics for the business- Single-handedly migrated accounts to Quickbooks Enterprise- Transitioned audits to a top-tier audit firm and established relationships with key financial institutions - raised asset and business finance to support the business' growth and capital management plans.- Managed the implementation of VAT recognition processes and the business' first VAT return.
