Lexibook (www.lexibook.com) is an international company based in France, developing and distributing Consumer Electronics products. Lexibook has established itself as one of the leaders in Android Tablets and Multimedia products for kids and tweens. It's now a major EMEA licensee of Disney, Marvel, Universal, Fox, Mattel, and Hasbro on Consumer Electronics segments.- Drove and led product line up. Responsible for the full product lifecycle management.- Conducted analysis based on market trends and consumer insights.- Led cross-functional meetings regularly and effectively, defined milestones and deliverables, and ensured execution against business plans.- Successfully restructured tablet category with new LexiTab branding and content strategy (Google certification, kids user interface, new partnerships).- Developed licensed products for EMEA & US markets in close coordination with major licensors (Disney, Mattel, and Universal).- Supervised development of tech products (Android devices, robots, apps) with a strong focus on UI/UX. - ATL/BTL/TTL marketing: trade shows, TV, and print ads, digital marketing, e-commerce, website.

Developed the Consumer Electronics Devices product range under Lexibook brand and licenses:- Produced market analysis and competitive benchmarks. - Supported EMEA local sales teams by providing training and marketing tools.- Prepared and animated international fairs (CES, GSMA, New York Toy Fair and Nuremberg Toy Fair).- Implemented e-commerce strategy (product launches, customer reviews…).

Contributed to a €200M revenue Food category with the following duties:- Supported the Category Manager with strategic recommendations to major retailers. - Applied shopper and trade insights to develop and manage trade strategy on product assortment pricing, promotion, placement, and POP.- Developed and executed BTL marketing strategies to maximize business revenue.- Managed in-store demonstration programs and new product launches.- Handled e-commerce accounts category management.
