Ensuring overall security of the store and report any areas of the store where security might be compromised. Actively involved in cash handling, ensuring cash float and banking is always accurate, report any variances in cash and investigate the cause of the variance; as well as assisting in store stock takes and cycle counts. Receive deliveries by cross checking item codes and highlight any discrepancies (if any). Review Visual Merchandising (VM) directives i.e. planograms, directives and communication, prepare, follow and execute VM upholding the 5 Essentials of Pandora VM. Coach and develop team members by setting a good example, training team members according to company standards and expectations.

Duties also include monitoring packaging levels to ensure business needs are met, providing feedback and suggestions to managers regarding possible improvements in the store and reporting on any activities that doesn’t comply with company policies and procedures.
