Main duties include ensuring safety and wellbeing of the team during shifts and operate with full understanding of WHS. Provide support to Regional, Store and Assistant managers by conducting keyholder responsibilities in my home store and other stores which embodies Level 3 duties, 'In charge' of the store, as well as providing occasional help at the head.

Supervises and participates in the daily operations of Food Court Department and its staff. Supports Food Court management team in promoting high-level productivity. Coordinates and participates in Food Court department duties. Implements and upholds proper Food Court general safety and sanitation procedures and standards. Provides prompt and courteous.

Prepares, packages, and labels meals, entrees, salads, party trays, and cheeses. Prepares take-and-bake pizzas. Stocks and rotates merchandise in the display case. maintains machinery and equipment. Provides prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees and suppliers. Follows proper safety procedures and standards.

Demonstrate and practice Level 1 and Level 2 skills and duties as well as showing significant initiative and leadership skills with limited supervision. Be able to troubleshoot problems, train new employees and take responsibility for operations; lead the team and delegate job directions whilst maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Conduct opening and closing procedures following cash handling and banking procedures and stepping up occasionally as ‘In Charge’ and weekend duty manager ensuring the safety of both customers and employees. Actively involve in training of qualifying and Level 1 classified employees. Responsible for maintaining and upholding of Work Health and Safety (WHS).

Work in with limited supervision with the ability to follow work instructions and reasonable job directions whilst maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Set the right examples to seasonal or new employees and assist with their training and development. Actively engage in high quality food handling including duty of upholding hygiene principles.

Main responsibilities included observing the safe work practices that are established, and immediately eliminates and reports all incidents, accidents and unsafe conditions to higher management. Managed the restaurant in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures including directing the activities of employees in maximising sales, operating efficiency.
