Secured funding from private foundations and government entities to support programs for homeless families and individuals in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties

•Established POST’s first planned giving program to provide long-term support for local land conservation; managed all aspects of donor engagement and cultivation, including marketing and communications efforts, events, and individual stewardship; developed and expanded legacy society•Worked with donors to establish charitable gift annuities and charitable remainder trusts, including trusts funded with real estate•Built program to generate $2 million annually in bequests and other estate gifts
