First employee brought over from BuLogics. Served as Director of Operations for both companies before being promoted to Vice President and "Left-hand woman" to the CEO in 2017. Led Customer Success team, created on-site training program for STRATIS application, and was lead on-site trainer and resolution specialist. Worked with software and hardware dev teams as customer surrogate during app development. Managed international business development before creating and leading the Strategic Alliance program as a way to generate and maintain partnerships with dozens of companies, including Honeywell, Allegion, Wesco, and Best Buy.
