I am one of the founding members of Mini Mammoth Games, a small independent Mobile Game development company based in Adelaide.When I'm not developing exciting new products, I'm spending my time looking for new projects my company can sink their teeth into, so feel free to reach out to me about any of it.

My job in the bakery is primarily preparing the food ready for sale to customers, from packing the bread of the previous nights production to preparing cakes and other pastries. Part of this job is ensuring that our packaging is pleasing and enticing for customers, as well as making sure it is there when they want it. The shelves have to be full in order to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Around this work it is important to maintain the hygiene standards of my department, from basic food safety checks such as ensuring the temperature of the on show cold storage to making sure the preparation area is clean and safe to work in. Beyond this, i make sure I support the other staff in my department, listening to them when its important and helping them to learn new ways of doing things they may not have come across before. In order to facilitate this i work closely with my management team to ensure i have the best training possible, and i also go out of my way to work in other stores around the state so that i am exposed to the many different localised procedures present in my company.Finally, i am trained in the basic aspects of managing a larger team, from ordering stock and wrapping in to cake decoration and timetable creation. In a pinch I am able to step forward and assist my managers, especially when they are called off to work in other stores. Overall, it is important to me to be good at my job. Its not enough to be able to do the job, i want to do it well.

In addition to this, I was also expected to act as a third in charge and run weekend shifts, as well as make judgement calls in regards to time management and staff. I was also responsible for organising replacements for sick or injured staff.

In 2013 I started up an independent Game Development studio with a few other graduates from Unisa. In that team, I lead production with zero game development knowledge. Over 4 years I developed a solid work ethic and a lot of experience in multiple different areas. Unfortunately, The Hidden Productions Studio closed down in 2017 due to personal obligations from the 4 remaining team members. Overall it was a rewarding experience and positively contributed to my growth as a Game Designer.
