Experienced programme manager with a proven track record of delivering digital business support and, advocacy, communication and campaign programmes. She has experience managing several projects and engaging CSOs, institutions, and private and public stakeholders. She has contributed to several consultations at national and international levels, and gained knowledge management and communication experience with national and international organisations working in international cooperation, including ACP YPN, GIZ, etc.She is also the Secretary- General of the AU Diaspora Youth Initiative, and is mandated to raise awareness amongst stakeholders on the role of diaspora youth in the development of the AU, and to mobilise and empower youth through concrete initiatives to contribute to the achievement of Agenda2063. Adelaide has degrees in Economics and and MSc in Information Systems Management obtained with Distinctions. She was a Business and Digital Marketing consultant and was awarded the Make A Difference Entrepreneurship Award by Santander Bank UK. She was recognised by the African Union for her contribution to Agenda 2063 for her work with diaspora organisations , on 25th May 2021. She was also awarded a recognition for youth empowerment by ACP YPN in June 2021.
