CurrentGuidance & Mentorship: Serve as a primary mentor for the inclusive education department, ensuring that both new and first-year teachers are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources to excel in their roles.Case Management: Oversee and manage a diverse caseload of students, ensuring their individual needs are met and that they are given the best possible opportunity to succeed academically and personally.Family Communication: Foster strong relationships with student families, ensuring open lines of communication regarding student progress, concerns, and potential opportunities.Professional Development: Lead professional development sessions aimed at enhancing the skills of teachers and staff, while also introducing innovative inclusive practices.Co-Teaching: Collaborate with classroom teachers to co-teach, ensuring students receive a cohesive, high-quality, inclusive education.Resource Creation: Design and curate a range of resources that make learning more accessible for all students, regardless of their diverse needs.Executive Function & Emotional Regulation Instruction: Teach specialized resource classes with a focus on executive function and emotional regulation, helping students develop critical skills for their academic and personal lives.
