My role as a merchandising specialist intern is to assist the merchandising and marketing teams in analyzing and using internal and external data to create meaningful content on digital platforms, e-commerce growth, and develop marketing campaigns.My tasks include: - Analyzing monthly and quarterly reports for product assortments and pricing- Curating successful marketing campaigns and social media content that reflects the growing trends and merchandising plans through all digital platforms.- Conducting competitor and trend research in predicting growing home décor trends to better understand consumers changing wants and needs.- Ensuring the e-commerce platforms reflect marketing objectives and sales goals while offering the highest digital experience possible for consumers.
