About Adela K.

As Manager of Project Delivery, I coach, mentor, motivate and lead a team of Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Business Analysts. I oversee all project delivery within the portfolio and ensure we are adhering to the PMO Methodology. In addition to people management, I have stepped in to assist with moving projects along, as my team has needed me. My current role requires a lot of multi-tasking at times, which keeps my days exciting and busy. I get to work with different cross-functional departments, which is awesome because I learn something new frequently. I am the link between Project Management and the organization, so being transparent, solutions oriented, and objective is extremely important.
