My mission is to bring the “DNA of ROSHN” to life—transformative framework that sets the codes for urban excellence. This framework integrates sustainability, innovation, inclusivity, & livability into comprehensive policies that guide the development of ROSHN’s entire portfolio, embodying a new standard for integrated built environments.This role is more than just a position; it’s a vision-driven pursuit of creating spaces that not only meet functional needs but also inspire a sense of belonging & community. Through ROSHN's Charter, we're setting a new benchmark for urban development in Saudi Arabia, ensuring every project contributes to Vision2030 broader goals.Before joining ROSHN, I had the privilege of serving as Deputy Minister for Urban Planning & Lands at (MOMAH). I led major national strategies, including the National Urban Design Guidelines, Public Realm Transformation, & Urban Regeneration Strategy. A key focus of my leadership was highlighting the identity by integrating cultural elements into urban policies, I ensured that modernization efforts honored & celebrated the Kingdom’s rich heritage.At ROSHN, I continue to champion developments that reflect cultural authenticity while meeting the demands of modern living.
