Responsibilities, Achievements- Built the profitability reports on a yearly basis, at the level of each SKU, brand, customer, channel - Developed and delivered performance reports for all distribution channels/ region/customer/ product of the company, on a monthly basis- Developed and implemented reports for monitoring the fixed costs distributed by each product- Developed and implemented reconciliation tool for revenue between SAP modules FI and SD- Monitored the commercial investments actuals versus budget- Coordinate team members during the budgeting process in order to get the information required in profitaility calculation- Budget P&L consolidation and P&L forecasts during the year - Analysis of actual data vs. Previous budgets- Analytically analysis of costs by departments.- Prepare the fixed costs for Budget and reevaluation of the Budget during the year;- Prepare monthly analysis of the major deviation in fixed cost and identify the reason of the deviation versus latest estimates and last year;- Participate in elaboration quarterly managerial analysis and comments for the group;- Implication in strategic business projects;- Ad hoc support to departments within the company.
