Started my professional experience in 1989 as a Sales Representative at the Philadelphia International Hotel Amman - Jordan which was later re-branded By The Rezidor Hotel Group, former Radisson SAS.Contributed in the re-branding of the hotel to Radisson SAS and held several positions among them Director of Sales & Marketing for Jordan at The Rezidor Hotel Group, in-charge of two hotels in Jordan, a 5 star city Hotel in Amman and a 5 star resort in Aqaba.Acted as the EAM (Executive Assistant Manager) during the last year at the hotel after-which I joined the Tour Operators business.At Dakkak, one of the largest TOs in Jordan, I overlook the Sales & Marketing activities on the Group which consistes of three main product lines: In-bound / Out-bound and Ticketing.Managed during the first couple of years to increase the market share of corporate accounts and assisted in the re-positioning of the out-bound office.In July 15 I joined the Jordan Tourism Board as the Director of Marketing followed by being the Deputy Managing Director of the JTB in Oct 15Planned and executed JTB marketing strategies during 16,17,18, 19 which contributed in the increase of tourists arrivals during difficult times in the middle east, politically and economically.Had the honor to represent two Ministers of Tourism at International Ministerial Congresses in Konya Turkey in 2016 and in Dhaka Bangladesh in 2018.Today, Im the advisor for the Armenian Tourism Federation since 2020.I am also a Tourism Expert for CBI, the Centre for the Promotion of Imports from developing countries Tourism Program for Jordan
