Responsibilities:• Identify the most suitable suppliers, according to the company's needs and standards;• Analyse offers, negotiate prices and contract terms and conditions with the suppliers;• Monitor the entire acquisition process starting from placing the orders till its technical and financial completion;• Maintain stock records of the materials needed for activity development and forecast the necessary raw materials;• Draw up specific reports;• Follow the performance of contracts and orders;• Validate the suppliers invoices and the prices that were negotiated;• Continuously analyse market and delivery conditions to ensure present and future material availability;• Interact and negotiate with external suppliers.
