Network Operations Center Engineer
Current- Monitor the health of customer (internal/external) networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the company's managed services offerings.
- Assess, document, and deploy new managed services offerings selected by management. Work with internal and external resources in this duty.
- Clearly and concisely communicate with internal and external customers regarding requests, issues, expectations, resolution activities and progress.
- Use the ticketing system to clearly and concisely document requests, issues, symptoms, efforts, and resolutions.
- Establish, maintain, and follow processes for assessing and prioritizing workflow, including remediation and escalation paths to ensure that issues are dealt with promptly.
