Leadership and Coaching - Training - Conferences.

Working with a skilled horseman and businessman and based on exercises done with horses, the objective is for individuals to know themselves. I encourage and support them in their learning process. The result is the transformation of leaders and teams. Working with horses allows individuals to detect and see their limiting paradigms which allows me to lead them towards more personal growth. Depending on where the team stands, action plans can be established or future workshops and coaching sessions can be scheduled.

I am currently focused in Executive Coaching (with almost 2,000 hours of coaching sessions experience). I coach company Executives. I lead Team Coaching projects and Training Workshops in various organizations. I partner with large corporations and work with their Human Resource Department in different coaching solution projects such as, Workshops, Individual or Team Coaching, Facilitator, Change Management. I collaborate in different Human Resource Consulting projects designing Coaching Products and Workshops in the business and educational sectors.
