• General office duties include but not limited to: Greet, assist and direct visitors and new clients, receive, direct and relay telephone messages and emails, ordering and stocking of supplies, entering data into Excel worksheets, etc.• Facilitate orientations and competency checks of new clients (sit client at a computer, assisting with log in, etc. as required). • Input data into P2000 access security system. • Create and issue site access cards for both new workers and visitors, process cards once returned• Replace lost/damaged access cards, copying access as required• Provide building access to Employees as requested, following protocol before access given• Administer Employee & Personal Lock• Updating vehicle information as necessary in P2000 • Provide parking passes (permanent and temporary) for site, as well as Lac La Biche and La Corey parking lots • Search for vehicles on P2000 that have an infraction, as requested by Security Consultant• Work closely with Security Consultant regarding active and expired bans • Support Operations Trainers by scanning documents • Scan and email completed training certificates • Provide guidance and assistance with Learning Management System (LMS)• Audit Traccess modules and update P2000, as required• Consult Traccess and Force 10 database when training tickets cannot be produced • Generate Traccess Reports monthly and updated Cenovus employee profiles, including emailing/phoning Cenovus employees regarding expired core safety training • Complete Service Now requests• Complete daily filing and maintain electronic records
