COVID-19 Temporary Role

I took this role as a Temporary Position (Maternity Cover) during tough times of not being able to drive to previous role in Dereham.

Dereham

I was here a short while but then fell on hard times and was not able to commute to and from Dereham efficiently.

I was here for a short while, on a fixed term contract. My role was to manage the Day Procedure Unit Matron and Sisters throughout daily tasks. I enjoyed my time here at the N&N but needed a permanent role.

I worked as part of a team in a busy office, of one of the biggest Lettings agency in Norwich. Throughout my time here, I have learnt how to use their systems Veco, TLC, Matchmaker, Touting and others. My main role in the team is drawing up tenancy agreements and other tenancy documents which is a legal contract of the whole process. I dealt with roles such as: Taking payments, Deal Sheeting the agreements, executing files, filing files, marketing the properties and putting them online (Rightmove/Zoopla), Touting properties, answering phone calls from clients, landlords and other companies associated with the company (e.g.: Letting support centre, Tenant Letting Check, Inventory Clerks and other branches). My day to day role was not always the same but that is what I enjoy, by keeping busy, fast paced and always hands on with everything.

I worked in the Norwich Contact Centre, working as a member of the central admin team. I was there for a while and learnt how to use two different systems CDL and Swinton Pak. I performed a verity of tasks on a daily basis which consist of: contacting policy holders, noting policies, contacting underwriters and other insurance companies, resolving account issues, cancellations, mid-term adjustments, claim cue checks, no claims bonus and following day to day processes by using a diary system on Swinton Pak. I was on a temporary to permanent contract but sadly had been advised that the Norwich Contact Centre was being made redundant.
