I consider my greatest strength to be one focused around people connection and optimism. Although my broad work and travel history has provided me with experiences, roles and responsibilities that span over 4 international cities and a range of employments/volunteer work. I feel this acutely summarises the appreciation and curiosity I possess for immersing myself in social and environmental impact. My most recent employment position was with The Social Outfit as the Commercial Operations Manager. A fashion brand with a difference, they are a social enterprise who employ and empower newly migrant and refugee women and girls through retail and textile manufacturing programs. My main role and responsibility was growing revenue, new manufacturing avenues and strengthening our offline/online business so we can further widen and deepen our impact. Previous to this, my time at FOSSIL Group led me to take on the APAC Regional Retail, Franchise and Distribution Manager position in Hong Kong. Demonstrating a history of working in the retail industry across APAC, skills in external/internal company and stakeholder management, growing sales, and culture building.Over the rouse of my employment history I have always been committed to my local and international community through volunteer work. A passionate believer in giving back and paying forward to empower and help others, these experiences have helped me forge incredible relationships, develop my connection skills and establish my values in life. Whilst at FOSSIL GROUP, I was invited to be a board member for the FOSSIL FOUNDATION APAC committee, providing support specifically to youth development programs and initiatives. I am also currently a text volunteer for the Australian crises support service, Lifeline.
