Adele is the Director of her own firm providing specialist HR and organizational advice to various companies, operating in a range of industries. She has extensive experience working at Director level as well as providing board advice in regards to people and performance issues. Adele holds a Psychology degree (hons) and Master of Commerce (Organizational Behaviour). Her expertise includes building organisational capability through strategic analysis and design of solutions for organisations, teams and individuals. Her work also includes coaching executives to attain superior performance for themselves and their teams. She has extensive experience working as a member of the executive of major national and global businesses, ensuring that these organisations truly understand how to leverage the capability of their people. She has led the design of numerous projects looking at structures, performance management systems, communication of strategy and organization capability frameworks and the design of leadership programs.
