• Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing department- Filing, sending emails,typing, faxing and copying- To record & monitor leave record• Promote brand image internally and externally• Telemarketing• Internal Sales - Converting phone reservation inquiries- Communicate with clients or guests by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.- Answer guest questions about property facilities/ services (Eg. Operation hours, room rates, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants and special events)- Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Shangri-la Hotels.• Site Inspection - To conduct site inspection and handle guests’ inquires in the absence of Sales Manager or Sales Executive• Corporate Rate Letters - Qualifying corporate accounts.- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process.- Corporate letter issuance and send it to clients on behalf of account managers.• Account Management Review- Preparing individual production reports from MRS• Submission of monthly/quarterly production report to Regional Sales Office• Request for Proposal Consolidation - Room nights production report
