Systems Support And Product Executive Team Leader
> Lead, Train, coach and mentor destination specific Product Executive’s to ensure business procedures are being followed to reach data base loading goals.> Ensure excellent customer service is maintained among the Product Executive team and follow up any complaints in co-operation with Product Managers> Lead the streamlining of procedures and procedure review for Product Executive workflow as required> Assist in the development, implementation and training of any System Management Project work> Act as initial point of contract for any Data Base loading questions and escalate to Product System Mangers as required.> Co-ordinate work load as a freelance back up Product Executive during peak work load periods as relevant to each destination. This will involve undertaking all Product Executive tasks to assist destination specific Product Executive’s depending on the demands of each destination at a given point in time. Also working with Product Managers to share workloads amount the Product Executive team during high work volume periods across destinations.> Work with the Product Systems Manager to ensure product information for all countries are loaded to the company’s databases and websites as quickly and accurately as possible to maximize sales opportunities.> Act as back up to cover Product Executive work loads as per ‘SM Covering for PE absence from the office document’ when out of the office.> Data checking responsibility to offer back up and checking of destination specific and System Manager data loading.
