Working along side a diverse team of both design and signage professionals, I am responsible for overseeing both administration tasks such as lead generation and customer service via various marketing channels. I am also involved with marketing and social media strategy and design for the various divisions of Grafico Group's business which can be quite diverse with a number of different target markets. Additionally I oversee all accounts for the business and have been involved in a improving the flow of accounts work utilising "Xero" as our main accounting software. I have been involved in the change over of this system from previous (MYOB) and in addition a roll out of a new job system "Work Flow Max" throughout the company for the benefit of all employees. As an addition to my general accounts work I also analyse financial reports and report them to the Managing Director for further review.

Working directly with the Director of Marketing, I was responsible for a range of PR and marketing based activities along with all celebrity client weight-loss management and the Jenny Craig corporate program.

During my 3 years as a Centre Leader, I was responsible for the management of two successful centres. The Collins St centre functioned as the company’s hub to corporate clients due to its central CBD location. The Moonee Ponds centre was Victoria’s largest and best performing weight loss centre during my management.

After 4 years of centre experience, I took on the challenge of moving to a support role at Jenny Craig’s Head Office. In this role, I was able to further my problem solving and communication skills whilst continuing to provide support to clients and staff.

During my time as a weight loss consultant and sales leader, I was able to combine my passion for weight loss and nutrition with my desire to help others achieve a healthy lifestyle.
