I currently co-ordinate the Employability Fund programme within Employment Enterprise, we deliver sector specific training across a range of industries including Childcare, Customer Service, Hospitality, Warehousing, Social Care, Construction and many others. My role involves planning and scheduling various training programmes across Scotland, developing training materials, engaging with employers and liaising with DWP and Skills Development Scotland.

My previous role with Employment Enterprise involved one to one client work, supporting our clients to prepare for employment and matching them with suitable employers. My role involved working closely with Skills Development Scotland and employers.
