Strategic development and active management of the Sanlam corporate identity for the Sanlam Group.

Started off as a project leader in direct mailing responsible for the production of mail packs, from conception to mailing. To translate the design, ideas and intention of marketing mailings into a practical implementation plan whilst ensuring standards, deadlines and budgets were met.Three and a half years later as was promoted to the team leader for the production team, still managing my own direct marketing campaigns, but also the overall production responsibilities of the team. Creating production schedules, liaising with the various suppliers and stakeholders in the production process.Five months later I was promoted to the Implementation Manager position responsible for managing the entire project leader team as well as the support services staff to the team.

Provided administrative support to broker’s consultant and respective brokers. Assist with processing of new business, queries on existing business, commission enquiries.

Started off as a clerk at the policy services division of Sanlam Personal Finance and after 3 years moved to the broker services division as policy services assistant in the Broker Services Bellville branch.
