I still assist her with all our clients with Life Cover, Funeral cover, Retirement Annuities, Investments, Short Term Insurance and other financial policies.

I am the Personal Assistant to the Broker that specialises in Life Insurance, Short Term Insurance and Medical Aids. I oversee all the Administrative duties and assist my boss with our clients.

I liase with my customers who want to book and arrange their children's themed birthday parties. I plan their parties from start to finish. I go to the venua or place of residence and do all the set up and decorations for the party. I also arrange and book entertainment, jumping castles etc on their behalf.

I am the owner of Rainbow Parties in the East Rand of Johannesburg, mostly Benoni and Boksburg and surroundings. I do childrens Kiddies Parties. Ihave recently relocated to Limpopo, Tzaneen. Will continue with the kiddies parties once settled.

I was in charge of managing the daily cash intake and safekeeping of the cash. I also did the performance management of my staff in my department. I was on the social club and arrange functions also assisted the back office with ordering and managing the branches stationary and expenses account for the branch. I also assisted back office with daily reports.

I oversaw a few different departments and work closely with the Operations and Branch Manager of the branch for I had extensive knowledge of all the different departments in the Bank. I also assisted with reports and performance management, daily and monthly planning. I also gave training to keep staff up to date with audit and system changes. Capacity planning for staff going on Maternity leave, annual leave and sick leave. Assist the police with Subpoenas issued at the branch. Assisted customers with queries, statements and collection of access meganisms in the bank for example cards, cheque books etc.
