Gordon Moody Association are the only unique specialist provider of residential treatment for those who are severely affected by their gambling addiction. GM had two residential centres which accepted nationwide referrals then the option to move into a supported housing service to take part in a relapse prevention programme and following on from that.

Working as part of the Executive Team, I had responsibility for the operational management, quality and performance department and new business functions of this large substance misuse charity and registered housing provider. With responsibility for both the operations and quality teams I led my team to ensure we provided effective outcomes for service.

My role as Head of Housing covered general needs, supported, sheltered and outreach services for over 1400 tenants in various types of accommodation with varying needs. I was a provider representative on the Core Strategy Groups in 2 of the 3 boroughs in which we work and Chair of one of those.

Working mainly with Liverpool Council on the implementation of their Supporting Programme liaising with providers of the services. Also involvement in IT strategy work.

Management and leadership of South East Regional operations covering London, Southern and Home Counties all aspects of performance management and quality of services at a registered housing association.
