- Business and organisational strategic development- TfNSW Grade Separating Road Interfaces Program (GSRI), Adele managed the brownfield site developments providing guidance to the technical advisor on design deliverables and the operations team during the business case and REF.

Adele led the development and execution of the handover and completions strategy for the two major Design and Construction (D&C) contracts overseeing the construction of the station boxes, TBM tunnels, major viaduct spans, utilities and project site establishments, council and third party works.

TfNSW Western Harbor Tunnel Beaches Link Program (WHTBL) - Adele led the development of the project management framework & early works strategy, including delivery strategy and contracting model for TfNSW.

- Tender Development and Management- Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Project - Prior to her role as Handover and Completions Manager, Adele managed the development and implementation of the Change Management Process for the engineering and design team. As Interface Manager she supported the development of the Rail Integration Deed between Western Sydney Airport Corporation and Sydney Metro.

Central Station Main Works Package - Adele led the assurance process for the metro box atrium support structure, grand and northern concourse, Metro Box BoH and OHW design packages for the main works contractor, Laing O'Rourke. Facilitated SiD workshops and maintained the Project Hazard Log.Transport Accessibility Program (TAP3, 5 stations) - Adele also managed the detailed design deliverables for the TAP3 project. Leading a team of 20 SME’s, She facilitated interdisciplinary reviews, managed clash detection, project reporting and coordinated with the main works contractor, Laing O'Rourke.

Sydney Metro Northwest - During her 4 years on SMNW, Adele managed the certification process for the detailed design of the OTS, PPP Contractors IJV and SJV. Including quality benchmarks, Inspection and Test Plans and O&M Manuals. Assisting the Testing and Commissioning Manager, Engineering Director & Construction Manager with team coordination and deliverables, Adele was also responsible for the Project Audit process and implementation.

During her time at GHD, Adele also provided project support on the concept design for The Northern Road Upgrade stages 2C/2A/2B, Macquarie Bus Interchange Upgrade and the development of bids and bid strategies, as well as assistance on cost and contract management for GHD’s Defence Service Group.
