I currently work as a Customer Services Manager - Collections for LaSerUK and am responsible for up to 40 FTE. I lead and manage a team of 5 Managers with the Belfast Collections Department and part of my responsibilities are the delivery of KPI's, Targets and Service level agreements including responsibility and delivery of LaSer UK Bad Debt Targets. Driving Optimal Bad Debt performance with a Customer Centric focus encouraging, identifying and developing best practice strategy.I am currently studying through the Open University for my Leadership and Management Degree and am enjoying the new challenge and of course the formal return to study.
