As a sustainability engineer, I am dedicated to helping organisations adopt sustainable practices and reduce their environmental impact. With a background in mechanical engineering and over 10 years of experience in the sustainability industry, I have a strong foundation in the technical skills and principles necessary to drive sustainable change.I have worked with a variety of clients to develop and implement high-level sustainability policies and strategies, provide sustainability advice, and develop decarbonisation pathways for achieving zero carbon targets.I have expertise in conducting low and zero carbon technologies feasibility studies and developing sustainability appraisal tools. In addition, I have experience identifying climate change risks and advising on mitigation measures. I have also produced a number of sustainability statements and energy strategies to support planning applications.I am committed to using my skills and knowledge to drive sustainable change and make a positive impact on the environment and communities where I work. I am a strong communicator and enjoy collaborating with clients and stakeholders to achieve sustainable outcomes.In 2020, the Women’s Engineering Society named me in the Top 50 Women in Engineering for contributions to sustainability. I was also accepted onto the UK Green Building Council’s prestigious Future Leaders programme in 2019.
